Application Requirements

You've come to the right place to find quality rentals in and around the Nashville, TN. area. We rent multi-units and single family homes. If you are interested in one of our properties please fill out the application form to get started.

Application Fee is $35.00 per adult.  Please fill out the application, print it and return to JBL Properites, LLC. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader on you computer to view the application.  We also conduct a criminal background check on all potential tenants. 

JBL Properties, LLC. will NOT be able to approve an application if any one of the following conditions apply:

• The applicant is not able to show an income of at least 3x the monthly rent and utilities.
• The credit report shows over five 30, 60, or 90-day late payments within the last 12 months OR FICO credit score below 550.
• The credit report shows at least one eviction or collection from a former landlord.
• The applicant does not have sufficient prior rental history or employment history.

If the applicant is turned down from any one of the above reasons, our policy may still allow us to rent to him/her if the applicant advances one months rent and stays at least 2 months paid up. (our policy is subject to change without notice)

If any of the following conditions are true, we will not be able to rent to the applicant for any reason.

1. Any items on the application is falsified.
2. Criminal history with a felony within the last 5 years or a sex crime conviction ever.
